Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered to all European countries as well as Switzerland and Norway. For all other countries there is the possibility of self-collection on site in 92637 Weiden i.d. OPf.

Due to transport restrictions, no poles, pole packages and bulky goods (pole package Viking tent, extension Viking tent, pole package Saxon tent Niord, Viking bed (all sizes) as well as products containing liquids (impregnation/cleaning agent, seam sealer) can be shipped to Switzerland and Norway.

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

The shipping and service fee within Germany is 6.90 euros regardless of the order value. For orders that include only wooden poles, the shipping costs are as follows:

up to 12 kg: 29,90 Euro
up to 24 kg: 44,90 Euro
up to 36 kg: 49,90 Euro

Exceptions:

Due to the bulkiness, a bulky goods surcharge will be due for the following items, these can also only be shipped within Germany:

Cultivation - Viking tent
Pole package - Viking tent
Viking bed (all sizes)
Group tent TUAREG
These items can not be shipped by GLS due to the weight / size and must be shipped by freight forwarding / special parcel service. The shipping costs for these items are: 99,00 Euro

The shipping costs to other European countries are staggered depending on the weight. The shipping costs can be displayed in the shopping cart at any time.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 2 - 4 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick up the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
